Alarm AL90 servo MJ-J2S

hi all.
I have one servo drive MR-J2S, but now it display alarm AL90. It is mean "zeroing incompleted". I think it was lost point zero or battery for remeber "zero".
I want to know, How is set point " zero" for it?
