Hello everyone,

I face a problem with setting connection between my computer and PLC using NAT addressing.

I configured NAT. In private network it's everything fine.

When I am connected to public side of my network I can:
* use VNC viewer to control my PVP HMI
* open NAT configuration webserver
* ping NAT, HMI and PLC (devices with assigned mapping) using cmd.

What I cannot do in a public network:
* find this devices in RSLinx
* connect to the PLC using Studio5000

Do you know where the problem is?
I assume either in NAT config or in RSLinx adapter settings.

You are probably using the Ethernet/IP driver in RSLinx. YOu need to use the Ethernet Device driver.

this has to do with how Ethernet/IP auto-discovery broadcast. It doesn't survive the local subnet.
