I have a 1734-oe2v +/- 10 volt card that drives a proportional valve. Its been in service for several years. today it quit outputting. The day shift electrical team replaced the card with no change. One electrician disabled the card then re enabled it and it started outputting again. four hours later it did the same. and again the electrician disabled/enabled and it started outputting again. Im not getting any faults or alarms on the card or the logix. Any Ideas?

After 12 hour shift, we are still experiencing this issue ramdomly.

Is the electrician inhibiting the module in the controller organizer? How is he "disabling" it? Cycling power? Forcing the output to zero?

Yes he is inhibiting the card

May be something is wrong with the proportional valve
Do you have a spare or you can swap it with onther one
