Arca Linerplus Printer/Applicator

Shot in the dark here, but a customer has this Arca Linerplus Advanced 4.0 printer/applicator for pallet-tagging and we need to change the mode on it, which is behind an advanced menu that is password protected. It appears that no one at the plant knows what this password is. There is nothing in Arca's manuals or diagrams that talks about a default password either, but I'm sure there is one.
