Normally if this where a real system you would have a differential transmitter or DP switch across the filter/strainer to alarm or shutdown the pump if the differential gets to high.
That PLC icon looks more like the icons that come with the Tripp Lite interactive Smart Tower power supply. That Modicon icon would be a better choice.
