Ok folks, I know I haven't posted in a while but I have taken a new job.(y) After 24 years with an OEM as Service Manager, I have moved on. My question is, do any of you use B&R Plc,s? The plant I moved to has these in equipment and I know nothing about them.
Are they good? Can I find parts in the US?
Thanks in advance for any response.

B&R make PLCs that are programmed in IEC1131-3 progamming languages.

B&R is profitable and expanding.

B&R is the driving force behind EPL (Ethernet PowerLink) which is one of the more prominent standards battling for dominance over fieldbusses on Ethernet.

All in all they are pretty good I guess.

That is how much I know.
