Buying Siemens parts in europe

I have a question, especially for european people.

I've heard that there are Siemens distributors that sell with larger discounts then here in Belgium. Are there people who know good distributors that give larger discounts then here in Belgium ?

I've heard that the Netherlands for example are giving larger discounts then distributors here in Belgium...
