Can RSLogix 5000 v16.03 projects be opened with v16.00?

A customer has sent me an ACD file created with RSLogix 5000 v16.03. I'm trying to open with v16.00 with it is saying that the project is corrupted. I don't know if this is a compatability issue or an actual corrupted file.
