Dear,

I am looking at the attached and want to produce wiring diagram for it,

what do you think it is meant by changeover switch and how it can be wired?

A changeover switch is usually SPDT with a Normally Open and a Normally Closed contact with a single common. However, your picture doesn't match that. Is this how the unit actually looks?
