Citect IO Devices Statistics

Dear Experts,

I have created two IO Devices in Citect and after I added a variable tags to one of the device it gets offline. Even how many retries it's getting the same error with the same number of retries. The other continues online after two retries.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

I found the problem in the citect.ini. I increase the timeout and the retries and it works fine. Case is closed.
