I want to control a pump using a d2-250-1 plc from automation direct. The output to run the pump will come from this processor. The pump is filling a tank. The level sensor for the tank is coming from a Control logix system. I want to turn the pump off when the tank is high. Both processors are on an ethernet network. How can I do this?

I don´t know if the D2-250-1 has Ethernet/IP connection, but there is something you can do. You can use a 4-20 mA output from Controllogix and connected it to a 4-20 mA input of your D2-250-1 and use it as a signal to control your process on the D2-250-1 plc.
