Hi, I am trying to send data register type (D) from Toyopuc PC10g to FX5u. Does it possible to connect both plc using fx5u features which is simple plc communicating setting? If yes, Do i need to configure some settings in toyopuc pc10g side?

You have not said what type of connection i.e. Ethernet, 485, 232 etc. the FX5 has a built in ethernet & 485 (this port is generally used for programming) however, you can set it for non procedural or Modbus but make sure you can connect via Ethernet
If using Ethernet then perhaps Modbus TCP.
Aternatively use one of the special adapters i.e. 232 BD board.
