CompactLogix 5730 controller will not upload

I have the same Version 20.01 in the PLC and 20.01RSLogix Software. I can connect to the PLC and start uploading however i get to a section where it errors out and i get the following errors.

Error: Tag used as a PLC-5 mapping file not found
Error: Failed to upload PLC file Mapping information.

is there something i am missing. My versions are correct but it will not go online or upload the program.

The file must have been read by a more recent version.

Yep, someone has opened the PLC program with 20.03, and now you're stuck.

Download RSLogix 5000 v20.04, which addresses this issue.
