Configure CP5431 card

Hi all.
the PLC S5-135U, CPU 928A communicates InTouch 7.0 via CP5431 card.
now when the power cutoff suddently, the InTouch can not connect to CP card.
I want to re-configure CP5431 but it's hard to find out cable (6ES5-734-2BF00). I only have cable connect CPU928 (6Es5-734-1).
Do we have anyway to do this configuration?
