Connect X20CP1483 to PC via Ethernet

Hi everyone, i have problem to try connection X20 CPU via Ethernet.
I using AS 4.7 with licensi 90 days trial. I go Online>Setting> scan network but PLC not appear in device list. Anyone could help me to get the setting connection by using ethernet cable? Thanks
 
Is the PLC running a program? Are you able to factory reset it and try to reconnect?

An X20CP1382 I just set up did not have SNMP enabled by default so it could only be found on initial setup when it was still using DHCP for its IP address.
