Hey guys
I'm trying to change the name of some CompactLogix [5069-L330ER rev 32.012] and controlLogix [1756-L85E rev 28.013], but studio 5000 logix designer doesn't allow the procedure as when I access controller properties for changing the name, the name dialog box under general tab is grayed out. But when I try to change the name for 1768-L45 CompactLogix controller rev 20.16 through RSLogix 5000 I'm able to do it.
Is this a rev, studio or controller issue or am I following the wrong procedure for name change as I couldn't find any resource on the net for it
