Could anyone know how to Convert A-B 1784-PCM2 (SER:A!) TO 1784-PCM5?(spent little money)

I have an old 1784-PCMK card (ser:A) and 1784-PCM2 (SER:A),and i want to upload a plc program in Classic PLC-5/12.

I found this:
