Dear all
I need help to creat new system to control metal strip during recoiling
Old system has buit in micro contrller and all I need to update it using plc s7

Old ubsoluted system controlling edge guide as flat or give mA positive or negative to change flat to waves ...I will upload some pic to help me
 
In old system I have 0....5kohm linear position to determine recoiler base position and camera sensor to view strip edge

Recoiler base moves in and out according to camera feedback
Recoilet base moves by moog valve 0-100mA
