CX programmer 9 not responding when connects to CQM1

Hi all.

I have the Omron CQM1 CPU21.

It is already programmed, and i want to clear its program and re-program it.

But when it connects with the PC, the CX-Programmer 9.0 software is not responding, and only blinking with the message: "Error on PLC1. Check Error log"

Why does this happens?

How can I just stop it from running, clear all the program and re-program it?
