Delta ISP Soft PLC Sample *.isp file

I am looking for any simple sample isp plc file for a Delta PLC.
I currently have version 3.06 if that matters. I am looking to practice upload/download for disaster recovery without learning how to build a program from scratch. In the past, I was not crystal clear on upload/download and uploaded a blank file to a working PLC turning it into a brick.

Never worked on Delta but you almost certainly cannot take any delta plc code and download it, the hardware needs to be the same, plus perhaps some other things need configuring i.e. I/O cards, Processor version etc.
As I say I do not know Delta but an example is Mitsubishi.
Take the FX range, for example you have an FX3, the program is for an FXg, there are many differences for example add on I/O cards, the PLC parameters & the type of PLC a FX3g has limited instruction set compared to FX3U, so even if you could download one to the other it would go into error.
I suggest you need either post the actual plc version I/O if any add on, or even better, read the manual, set up any parameters that are required then just create a simple program like a normally open contact onto a output then try download/upload.
From a quick google search it appears it may contain a simulator so no need to have a real PLC, if it has just play with that, on ones I have used the simulator is just like downloading to a real PLC, however, not sure if it allows upload, in theory, if you simulate it get it doing what you want then download it to a real PLC you should be able to upload it without problems.
