Eladder F9 not working

yeah as simple as that, F7, shift f7, F8, shift F8, Shift F9, F10 and shiftF10 work, but JUST f9 doesn't work! Eladder v2.45C (Eladder == ACTSIP-E), not demo edition...
Can somebody help me out what did i miss? :mad:
In demonstration it Does make F9 (output) but when i try to do it (any file, any kind of PLC) it doesn't work...

Ideas?
