I have installed a Yaskawa VFD and am getting this error in the PLC now?
Error: Rung 57, MOV, Operand 0: Invalid array subscript specifier.

A screen shot of the MOV in question would help.
Either the index into the drive data array is out of bounds (if the drive data is in array format) or the UDT element name is incorrect if the drive data is in UDT/structure form.
