Extension cable for I/O

Due to mounting space I want to mount a PLC IO module flat on its side next to the PLC so need a 120mm 2x12 24pin ribbon male to female cable to do so. It's a Delta DVP-16SP and Delta don't seem to make one as far as I can see in their catalogue.
But I'm having trouble finding such a thing. I am 70% blind so incapable of making such fiddly stuff. The plug measures approximately 16x3mm.
Any suggestions on what part number it would be or a supplier please?
