FactoryTalk ME -The correct version of the Microsoft XML Parser is not installed ?

Good Afternoon ,

When I open FactoryTalk View ME . I go to open it up and I get the following message. " The correct version of the Microsoft XML Parser is not installed. Version 4 is required. To correct the error , register the following File:msxml4.dll ". FactoryTalk will not open .

Have any of you seen this before ?
