FactoryTalk Transfer Utility not opening.

Hello all, been a while.
I am unable to open Transfer Utility as a stand alone or threw FT View Studio.
I have reinstalled FT View Studio, Linx classic, FactoryTalk Linx, and Transfer Utility. Here is the errors I am receiving.

Error 1
FactoryTalk Linx
Internal error occurred, Must close FT View and stop FT Linx service before continuing.
Failed to initialize component manager.

Error 2
Transfer Utility
FT Linx Comms Tree ActiveX Control could not be loaded.
Please re-install FactoryTalk Linx

Running Windows 10 Enterprise.
FT Studio version 12
Linx version 4.2


Any ideas guys?
