Is it possible to reset alarms on multiple PLC's by using one button on the FactoryTalk View ME screen. Each PLC has an independent reset bit, so it would be toggling three bits at once.

No problem. I'm assuming you have a 3 communication pathes configured in your RSLinx Enterprise for each of your PLC. Then you assign an internal PanelView bit to the Reset button. After that you write little script to set PLC's reset bits from the memory bit.
