Factorytalk view receiving email

Hi, I would like to know if is possible to use keywords from an email to populate fields on fatorytalk view.

Example: An email is received and use 3 keywords that always will be on the emails that I want to use. then send this as a string to populate fields on my HMI.

Maybe by using a rule and some VBA scripting in Outlook using OPC to set FTView tags?
