Failure of Old Indramat Servo Drives

I also have problems whit a TVM1.2 unit, after powering up the powerunit disabels his Db1 contact and the machine shuts down, H3 lits and states "BLEEDER OVERLOAD", the drives did'nt work, so could it be i blew up the capacitators???
