FAT sample report

Dear All

I am going to inspect one PLC panel having only CPU,Digital I/P and O/P module.

Can i have the sample FAT report for that.

Because I am doing this first time

Software or Hardware FAT? (I'm assuming hardware)
What PLC manufacturer & model?
What are the requirements of the final user?
What test equipment will be available?
What is your connection to the work, are you programming, designing, final user?

Hi Dear
I am Plc programmer going to inspect Rockwell PLC based panel (1766 32BXBA CPU,1732 expansion I/O module)

Application is to control the on/off action of digital valve.
I have only calibrated multimeter with me
