Fatal error initializing pic device driver

HI EVERYONE
I am having problem when installing 1747-PIC and I always get this message as title of this thread.Laptop with win xp SP3 and rslinx version 2.43,just to let you know com port is ok using rS232 without no problem.Any advice Thanks

RA Knowledgebase document #40786 is clear; Windows XP Service Pack 3 breaks several serial port drivers, including the 1747-PIC/AIC driver.

If you can, roll back SP3.

THanks KEN for the reply I did roll back to SP2 and is ok now.
