FESTO ISB60-03 (SLC 500 embedded) wiring?

I just bought a Festo ISB60-03 programmable manifold and controller but have no information on how the DH485 ports or the programming port is wired. If anyone has (or knows where to locate) the wiring information I would greatly appreciate it.

Additionally, this is the eqivalent of a SLC 5/02 controller so it will need some kind of DH485 to PC adapter (AIC, PCMK, etc) to program it with RSLogix 500. Any recommendations on the cheapest/easiest way of connecting the unit to my PC?
