FloBoss 107 DO's

Does anyone have any experience with the DO's (the configurable ones - either AO or DO) malfunctioning? I have had at least 3 DO's blow the fuse then upon replacing the fuse the DO is not functioning. I originally thought that it was the fact that I did not have a diode across the load (coil) but even after I installed a diode the outputs continue to fail.

Ideas?

what do you mean by floboss ?is it Emerson flow computer.?

If so i remember that it switches the negative and not the positive , so you should connect your load (relay for example )permanately to the +
