FO cable cause contrologix redundancy disqualification

hi all,

Please refer to the system configuration.

When the Fiber optics line shown in black circles was removed
from the network the redundancy is SYNC and PRIM and everything okay.

But when the line is connected, then the secondary marked becomes
disqualified. Disqualification never recovers. auto sync is enabled.

Can someone please advise me why this occurring?
