Posts 662 Dec 2, 2012 #3 There are many different E_CAD packages - EPlan Elcad Engineering Base WScad CADDY++ Autocad PCShematic Promise e IGE-XAO Most will offer a demo or limited time version of their software. My personal favorite is Elcad by Aucotec.

Member S Join Date Sep 2005 Location UK Posts 879 Dec 2, 2012 #4 I don't know of any free Electrical cad packages, Elwin http://www.3xm.se/index_eng.html runs unlimited (but with delays) until you pay a small fee. Eplan P8 is the choice of my current employer. Draftsight looks an interesting option for design work though.
