Hi

I am passing data between 2 x 90-30 PLCs over ethernet using Global Data.
This works well using Produced and Consumed data.

Is there a way to know that this data is being transmitted and recieved at either end?
Does this data get sent on a clock pulse or it it just send on data change.

Thanks for any help on this mattet.

The data gets refreshed at the rate specified in the configuration of the exchange in the Proficy project file.

Thanks Steve

Do you have any knowledge regarding knowing that i still have a live ethernet connection between the 2 PLCs, or do I need to run a rolling integer to read from one PLC to the other?
