Guard plc 1600 can you upload from the plc?

Hey all, I've searched all over for the answer to this question.
First the specs. GuardPPLC 1600 using the rslogix guard plus software.

I need to know if it is possible to upload from the plc the program stored in memory.

I'm under the impression that it is not possible.

No, upload is not possible using RSlogix Guard Plus software
You must have offline file to download, go online or make any changes

You can upload and download memory image using hand held terminal (1753-HHT), but there is no way to de-compile this image in RSlogix Guard Plus.
