Hach sc200 local display is only asterisks

Hi all,

One of my clients has a Hach sc200 measuring Nitrates (wastewater plant) and the 4-20mA loop works, but the local readout is just asterisks. Any idea why it would be displaying something that odd?

Thanks! That would describe why the 4-20mA went glacial, and hasn't moved at all. I guess the 4-20mA loop in the sc200 holds last value.
