HELP! How to transfer GT01???

hey guys... i got a GT01 touch panel but everytime i TRANSFER.. EVERYTIME!! it will pop out the msg of "Cannot connect to plc" where I try all sort of connect and changing the baud rate and stuff!

Verify that the port# setting is correct and that the port is not in use by another program.
