and aconection cable how can i take them

The free MEDOC software is ok but if you are going to use Mitsubishi PLC's often the GX Developer programme is well worth the cost as its much easier to use than MEDOC.

IMO GX Developer is like an Old Win 3.1 application that is a small step above Medoc which sucks!
