Hirschmann Problems

I have just bought two Hirschmann MS20 and two MM2 - 2FXM3/2TX1 modules but I cannot get a fiber connection between the two.

I can connect them together using the Ethernet ports but cannot get anything through the fiber ports.

I believe it is all set up correctly......... Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

If after going through the manual. I would contact Hirschmann.

I have had some issue with the different types of patch cables for fiber, not a pro, but think it had something to do with single/multi mode.
