Hollow or Translucent Symbols

Hello All,

My Question is regarding the Hollow/ Translucent creation in Intouch Window Maker.

I have a mimic page of Plant Layout and i need to create a static circular object such that it does not hide the backround graphics.

Refer attachment for representation
