How I can Read and Write Data from PlC through vb.net applivation

Hi sir;
Zip file contain only snp-x.vb there is no demo.
Second i attached the screen of PLC setting which i have.
For more detail i connect through the power supply which have a RS485 to RS232 convetor. LM90 is sucessfull communicate with these settings. i also attached my computer com port setting as well.
