How to convert MEM to PRJ??

Hello,

I have downloaded and paid for the full version of GP-Pro EX V4.06.101.
I was told you need the full version to be able to convert this type of file.
Does this program have the ability to convert such a file because I can only find where I can open .PRX files.
Do I need a separate program to be able to convert a .MEM file to a .PRJ/PRX file??
