Mistakes were made, especially during UDT Array creation.

basic question: cable type & switch type being used?

Cables are all Cat6E. Switches are Cisco switches set to not autonegotiate, and be the best that the PLC port can go to.

Since you're mentioning it, I'm assuming you already know, but you definitely want to ensure there aren't any cables where it is a fixed speed on one side and auto-negotiate on the other. It causes slow speeds, unreliable connections, and sadness, as well as being hard to diagnose without literally double-checking every network link.
