How to reset Nmax TRIP For LENZE9300 servo drive

Dear Sirs / Experts

We have encountered a "Nmax TRIP" on our
EVS9327-ES LENZE servo drive. I have
tried resetting from PC by changing the parameter
codes but still TRIP message can't be reset. Could the ENCODER be the culprit?
Your suggestions are highly appreciated.
