I want to read error from abb softstarter but missing address make me sad

hi folks
I use 6 softstarter (ABB pst)in a project with cpu 315c-2dp communication via profibus .everything is ok I can control and read current..from softstarts but I didn't find diagn channel for reading error and point of error in pst.in catalog
said there are 9 analog input(9 word) and 3 diagn channel(3 word)but I can't find diagn address in HWconfig please help
I couldn't attach s7 proj but I attach gsd file its manual

I couldn't atach s7 proj but I attach gsd file and its catalog please instal and check it after install gsd u can find pst cu 05.04.04 in this path(fig below)I also check dignostic adderess of each slave I think it only a byte and it is different from diag channel(3 words)
