Identify when file is empty using FB_FileOpen for Twincat (Beckhoff)

Hi

I'm doing a simple writing to .CSV file. I want to write the headers, but I have hard time indentifying when the file is empty.

One idea was to use FB_EOF, but when using append mode this is not the right solution.

Can someone please recommend a good method to check if file is empty?
