IFM AL1327 EDS File

[STL]

Hello,

I have downloaded the IFM AL1327 .eds file and went through the
EDS Hardware Installation process on Studio 5000 v32. It seems to work but, when I try and add the module it does not appear.

Has anyone seen this before? Is this EDS file actually available?

I called IFM and they are closed for the weekend.

Welcome to the forum! Maybe you have already tried this, but try rebooting the computer

I have used many ifm devices and never had issues with any of their eds files

Also check that you have downloaded the most recent eds files from their website

Thank you for your reply. I did try to reboot and actually said a prayer. LOL Still not working. It appears that I am performing the procedure correctly. IFM has a couple videos on YouTube that seem pretty straight forward. I am at a loss...

This issue was resolved by closing all Rockwell Software and running the EDS Hardware Installation Tool as an Administrator. I was then able to see all the newly added IFM EDS modules in my project.
