HMS/E W O N highly recommends updating the eCatcher software to its latest version (eCatcher 6.7.6) to prevent exploitation of this vulnerability.

I know of no other patches from controls vendor on this yet. Just remediation measures like segregating the networks.

I've never been a fan of cloud-based solutions for remote management, this would be a case in point of why - as well as what happens when the service gets phased out but the hardware is still fine.
