Importing tags into Vijeo from Unity Pro

Hi, Ive had this issue with vijeo designer for a while where every time you do a complete rebuild of the plc program in unity pro you would need to reimport the tags to vijeo. This is due to a rebuild remapping the memory in the plc to save space. My confusion comes with the tags we use in the HMI we assign %MW addresses to them so I dont see why I have to continue to keep importing the tags. Is there a better way to import tags other than linking the variables so this problem doesnt happen?
